1. Overview
Objective: Extend Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FnO) to include comprehensive management of employee training records. This extension will incorporate enums for training types and certification statuses, along with creating master-detail tables, user interfaces, business events, and security configurations

  • How to SQL (INTRO) ?

2. EmployeeTrainingRecord
• Purpose: Manage records of employee participation in training sessions. • Fields: o EmployeeTrainingRecordID (Primary Key, string, 20 characters): Unique identifier. o EmployeeID (Foreign Key, string, 20 characters): References the employee. o TrainingSessionID (Foreign Key, string, 20 characters): References the training session. o CompletionDate (Date): Date when training was completed. o CertificationReceived (Enum): Indicates if certification was received (e.g., Yes, No). • Indexes: o Primary index on EmployeeTrainingRecordID. o Non-clustered index on EmployeeID.
